Roofing Älvsjö

The existing roof tiles and battens were removed. New underlayment felt, Icopal YAP 2200, was installed. New counter battens and battens measuring 25x36 mm were mounted. New gutters and downpipes were installed, complete with copper drip edges. The roof was covered with new 2-cup glazed Benders Candor tiles. The gutters and downpipes were installed along with drip edges. The roof was extended at the gables and eaves, and the roof trusses were reinforced. The entire project was completed within four days from start to finish. The chimney was covered with double-lock standing seam metal sheets, and custom flashing was fabricated.
