A new Icopal Flexisteel underlay membrane has been installed. New counter battens and support battens measuring 25x38 mm were mounted with spacing according to industry standards, which is very important for durability. A ridge beam measuring 45x95 mm was installed, with ridge tape fixed to it and a bird guard mounted on the support batten at the eaves. New Monier Jönåker Polar concrete roof tiles were laid. A new copper drainage system was installed, including 125 mm gutters and 90 mm downpipes, along with a new copper drip edge flashing. The new wooden bargeboards were painted three times and finished with black sheet metal cladding. A new roof penetration tile/vent was installed, and new roof safety equipment with all necessary components was put in place.
