Roofing Bromma

Listed building in Bromma. The existing tiles and battens were removed. New underlay felt, Icopal YAP 2200, was installed. New counter battens and battens measuring 25x36 mm were mounted, with spacing according to industry standards, which is very important. New 2-cup Monier Vittinge clay tiles were installed. The drainage system was replaced with 125 mm gutters and 90 mm downpipes in white gloss. Both wooden and metal fascia boards were replaced, including those on the dormers. All new woodwork was painted once with anti-mold primer and twice with white topcoat paint. The chimney was covered with double-folded sheet metal. A new batten ladder was mounted to the chimney. A new pipe flashing was fabricated and installed. The roof hatch was removed and replaced with tiles.
