Here in Segeltorp, we re-roofed several rows of townhouses by replacing masonite with plywood sheathing and installing new Icopal Prima underlay membrane, 25x36 battens, and Jonåker Protektor 2.0 concrete tiles in brick red. A new drainage system from Plannja was installed, and some customers requested the installation of Velux windows and replacement of kitchen exhaust fans. Some attic interior work was also carried out, providing the customer with an additional living floor. Final inspections approved all the projects.
