Roofing Huddinge
The existing roof, measuring 160.5 square meters, was removed down to the roof trusses, which were inspected. New 22x120 mm roof decking was installed and nailed with 2.8x70 mm nails into each truss. The underside was painted three times, including two coats of covering paint. A new Icopal adhesive edge Yap 2200 underlayment felt was laid. New counter battens and battens measuring 25x38 mm were installed, with spacing according to industry standards, which is very important. A ridge beam measuring 45x95 mm was installed, with ridge tape mounted on it and a bird strip attached to the support battens at the eaves. New Monier Elegant concrete tiles in charcoal black were laid. A new drainage system with 125 mm gutters and 90 mm downpipes was installed, along with a newly fabricated and mounted drip edge. New wooden fascia boards were painted three times, and black metal flashings were installed. Two Velux windows were installed. Existing metal parts were painted, and the valley gutters above the entrance were replaced in charcoal black.
