Roofing Järfälla

The existing roof tiles and battens were removed. New underlay felt, Icopal YAP 2200, was installed. New counter battens and battens measuring 25x36 mm were mounted according to industry standards. New gutters and downpipes were installed along with new flashing at the base. New 2-cup Benders Candor concrete tiles were nailed in two rows at the eaves, gable, and ridge. New ridge tiles were also installed and nailed. New metal fascia boards were fitted along with new wooden fascia boards. A new roof ladder and anti-slip protection were installed on the backside of the house. Ridge tape and bird protection strips were added. The chimney flashing was replaced and two new pipe flashings were fabricated and installed.
