New 22x120 mm roof decking is installed and nailed with 2.8x70 mm nails into each rafter, with the underside painted three times, two of which are with a topcoat. New Icopal Prima underlayment felt is laid. New counter battens and supporting battens measuring 25x38 mm are mounted, with batten spacing according to industry standards, which is very important. A ridge beam measuring 45x95 mm is installed. Ridge tape is applied on the ridge beam, and a bird stop strip is mounted on the support batten at the eaves. New Monier Elegant concrete tiles in matte black are laid. A new drainage system with 125 mm gutters and 90 mm downpipes is installed, and a new drip edge is fabricated and mounted. New wooden bargeboards are painted three times, and metal flashings are painted black. New metal flashing is installed on all roof penetrations.
