Existing roof tiles and battens are removed. New underlayment felt, Icopal YAP 2200, is installed. New counter battens and roof battens are mounted according to industry standards. New gutters and downspouts are installed along with drip edges. New 2-cup Monier Elegant concrete roof tiles are nailed in two rows along the eaves, gables, and ridge. New ridge tiles are installed and nailed. New metal fascia boards are fitted along with new wooden fascia boards. A new roof ladder with slip protection has been installed on the back of the house. Ridge tape and bird protection strips are also installed. A new valley gutter is fabricated and mounted. Existing metal sheets were painted.
