Roofing Älvsjö

Existing roof tiles and battens are removed. New underlayment felt, Icopal YAP 2200, is installed. New counter battens and roof battens are mounted according to industry standards. New gutters and downspouts are installed along with drip edges. Chimney flashing and chimney cap have been replaced. The entrance roof is covered with double-locked standing seam metal, and two new pipe flashings were fabricated. New 2-cup black concrete roof tiles, Benders Palema, are nailed in two rows along the eaves, gables, and ridge. New ridge tiles are installed and nailed. New metal and wooden fascia boards are installed. A new roof ladder with slip protection has been mounted. Ridge tape and bird protection strips are also installed.
