New Icopal Flexisteel underlayment felt is installed. New counter battens and supporting battens measuring 25x38 mm are mounted, with batten spacing according to industry standards, which is very important. A ridge beam measuring 45x95 mm is installed. Ridge tape is applied on the ridge beam, and a bird stop strip is mounted on the support batten at the eaves. New Monier Vittinge T11 clay tiles are installed. A new drainage system with 125 mm gutters and 90 mm downpipes is installed, along with a newly fabricated and mounted copper drip edge. New wooden bargeboards are painted three times, and metal flashings are painted black. New chimney flashing with an under-flashing was installed. New pipe flashing with angled gutters was fabricated in our sheet metal workshop and installed.
